The Campaign was initiated during the second intifada in order to document and monitor the Israeli aggression on water resources and infrastructure in the Occupied Palestinian Tertiary. Moreover, it was aiming at creating an information base to provide timely reliable information on the key emergency needs and proposed action to mitigate the impacts resulted from such aggression. Many PENGON members took part in the campaign and it is considered the only information source for all actors in OPT.
