Referring to latest available science: Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change’s (IPCC): Sixth Assessment Report (AR6) Working Group I (WG I) and World Meteorological Organization (WMO): Atlas of Mortality and Economic Losses from Weather, Climate and Water Extremes (1970-2019): Climate change is an existential threat to the human being on this earth, this is more obvious to the Mediterranean which Palestine is part of and is no exception. Occupation is a multiplier for the suffer of the highly vulnerable Palestinians who never been among the causes of climate change. Palestinians are conscious of this reality, responsive to this threat and are well prepared with regard to plans on how to respond and adapt to the severe climate change impacts. Unless we received appropriate and sufficient support from the international community with regard to technology, capacity building and finance to translate these plans into actions on the ground, Palestine may be an unhabitable by the end of this century.
